This is a ripper little headphone amplifier. I've heard it with the AKG 701's, Sennheiser HD650's and Denon AHD7000's. It drove them all with aplomb. I think the unit is particularly well suited to desktop use because of the delicious volume pot on the top plate. It also has 2 inputs, which is very handy. One of them being 3.5mm stereo jack for direct connection from your computer or ipod or whatever, the other being standard RCA connectors. It comes supplied with a very robust power supply, which is very rare these days and instantly adds to it's appeal. Bring your cans in and have a listen.
