At Carlton Audio Visual we find that we very rarely are asked by our clients for refunds because we like to make sure we are selling units that match our clients’ needs.
There are, of course, always cases that require a refund and we follow Australian Consumer Law and will oblige happily and promptly in that event.
For minor faults on units we will endeavour to have them fixed by certified technicians. For major faults (including multiple minor problems) we will either have the units replaced or refund your money depending on your preference.
We do not have to accept a return of an item if:
- the consumer has simply changed their mind, found it cheaper elsewhere, decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it.
- Misused a product in any way that caused the problem
- Knew of or were made aware of the faults before you bought the product
- Asked for a service to be done in a certain way against the advice of the business or were unclear about what you wanted.

At the end of the day, we wish only that our customers are happy with the products they buy from us.
