The Marantz AV 30 is designed for large media rooms and dedicated home theatre systems, bringing reference-level performance and considerable flexibility to a serious cinema setup. This 11.4-channel balanced AV preamplifier uses Marantz HDAM discrete circuitry and seven HDMI inputs, all compatible with 8K Ultra HD. HEOS™ provides high-resolution music streaming, while Audyssey MultEQ XT32 room correction is included, with optional Dirac Live available for those wanting to take room optimisation further. With support for Dolby Atmos, DTS Pro and AURO-3D, the AV 30 also provides a comprehensive selection of inputs and balanced preamp outputs for all channels, including four independent subwoofers.

At its heart is advanced 32-bit Analog Devices processing, providing accurate decoding of the latest surround formats with exceptionally low distortion. The discrete HDAM-SA2 preamplifier stage feeds all 11.4 channels through both RCA and XLR outputs, making it an ideal partner for a suitably capable power amplifier. As you would expect from Marantz, the AV 30 has also been meticulously tuned by the Marantz Sound Master, with careful component selection based not simply on specifications, but on their individual sonic qualities. It is that balance of engineering and listening that gives the AV 30 its particular character — thoroughly modern technology, thoughtfully voiced.
