The quality of image that I saw on the pre production units in Vienna was a completely palpable render free of artifacts. Whilst the market for a machine of this level may be limited it is an unquestionable solution for someone seeking the best video playback. 
I am led to question why nobody has made such an ambitious video disc playback device before. Magnetar have the asset of technical innovation allied to confidence in their own abilities that have made this possible.
