Yamaha R200A Stereo FM/DAB+ Receiver with Bluetooth
The Yamaha R200A is a great allrounder and is the perfect way to begin your Hi-Fi audio journey the right way. Its 100 Watts per channel of clean, dynamic power gives it plenty of authority with a wide range of speakers, while a dedicated phono input makes it equally at home with a turntable. There’s also a subwoofer output for those wanting to add a little more weight down low as their system evolves. With 40 DAB+/FM presets and Bluetooth Multipoint, it neatly bridges the gap between familiar sources and everyday streaming.
Yamaha has paid attention to the less glamorous details, too. A streamlined signal path, carefully arranged circuitry and centre-beam chassis are designed to reduce unwanted noise and vibration, helping music sound clean, controlled and properly focused. A/B speaker selection adds useful flexibility, allowing two pairs of speakers to be used in one room or across separate rooms. It’s a sensible, well-equipped receiver that brings Yamaha’s considerable hi-fi experience into a modern, easy-to-live-with package.
