Our Distributor partners M&G Hoskins were playing these speakers at the recent Melbourne Hi Fi Show and they really had an excellent reception to the most critical audience possible.

The latest series of the British brand Acoustic Energy introduces carbon fibre transducers. The AE500 is a two-way bookshelf speakers that, thanks to the newly developed 1" tweeter combined with a 5" mid/bass driver, offer lighter membrane construction materials. The result is greater diaphragm force and greater accuracy due to better damping compared to popular transducers.

The IsoTek Evo3 Nova is a passive power conditioner designed to remove common mode and differential mode mains noise to lower the overall noise floor of your system and bring out more detail and emotion in the music.

The advantage of a passive conditioning is that it stays well out of the way of the sound signature of your gear. Sometimes the best way to improve your vinyl system is the simplest - Wall mount It!

Your Deck and your cartridge are built to be sensitive to vibrations. Afterall that's what we want something that will pick up all the nuances in our Vinyl. But that means it'll be sensitive to external vibrations as well. Ie. Walking around your house!

The MICRO Copper Oval-IN packs a lot in a small cross-sectional area. Three 18 gauge conductors and FEP dielectric in a micro design give great performance in a compact design. These interconnects were designed using our patented hollow oval geometry to control current density in a form suitable for braiding from pure oxygen free copper. The new Ania Pro Moving Coil cartridge is a variation on Rega's existing Ania cart. The difference being a Vital Profile nude diamond instead of the Eliptical. An Eliptical diamond has a rounded surface that's shaped so it's longer front-to-back than it is side-to-side. It has its advantages but it means that alot of the high frequency and the smaller details are missed from being picked up within the groove.

The Vital Profile has some specifically designed sharper edges that get the diamond further into the groove producing a more nuanced, detailed sound.

It retains all the nice things of the original Ania as well: Neodymium magnets, handwound loss mass coils, aluminium catilever, one-piece rigid body and the CAD designed cover of the internals which is made in red to distinguish it from its little brother.

This is great upgrade that's well worth the money. It's a great upgrade option on a Rega Planar 3 and can come factory fitted to the Planar 6 or 8. It is also a fantastic choice for other brands of Turntable. We do recommend we fit this cartridge to your deck as tracking and alignment become more crucial when the diamond is cut in this way.

Our display unit of the A90J 65" has been sitting prime position facing Lygon st. And even though it gets glare and sunlight on it, and even though it's an OLED, picture quality is luminous! I definitely couldn't say that about every OLED TV.

We sell alot of OLEDs but this one is just that much brighter. The colour really pops even positioned next to the window at the front of the shop. There's barely any annoying reflectivity on the panel's protective layer which goes to show the quality of materials used in its construction.

Replete with all of Sony's newest Cognitive Processor XR technology that's working behind the scenes to make sure your blacks are true black and that it's Sony's brightest ever OLED.

Motion with the unit is also superb and you can really tell it's a quality TV when you put it up against the cheaper units in the Sony range.

Sony's built in smart features seem endless and most importantly are very intuitive to use!

Because Sony is changing over their panels, this A90J is actually even better than the newer models. It is brighter than the newer equivalents both the A90K and the A90L. There are very few of these units left and we have two at the moment. But we don't think they will last long when people realise what a particularly good screen this is and given the good price we have going.
